A quick and easy recipe for cornbread made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
- Set the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can serve with butter or honey.
