A tender and flavorful beef brisket cooked in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 4 pounds beef brisket
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season the brisket with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the brisket on top of the onions and garlic.
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the mixture over the brisket.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
- Remove brisket, slice, and serve with sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the brisket overnight.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
