Description

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds beef brisket
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Place sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Season the brisket with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place the brisket on top of the onions and garlic.
  4. In a bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Pour the mixture over the brisket.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
  7. Remove brisket, slice, and serve with sauce.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the brisket overnight.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
