Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add beef stew meat and brown on all sides.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add carrots, potatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
- Let simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours until beef is tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
