Instructions
- Remove steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Add minced garlic and rosemary on top of the steaks.
- Place the steaks on the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove steaks from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
