Description
A classic beef stroganoff recipe with tender beef and creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add beef slices, cook until browned.
- Stir in mushrooms, cook until soft.
- Add flour, stirring to coat the meat.
- Pour in beef broth, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream, cook until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over egg noodles or rice.
Notes
- Use tender cuts of beef for best results.
- Can substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt.
- Adjust seasoning to preference.
