Ingredients

- 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups of fettuccine pasta
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken using two forks.
- Add fettuccine pasta and Parmesan cheese to the crockpot.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
