Ingredients

- 1 pound fresh strawberries
- 8 ounces dark chocolate
- 2 ounces white chocolate (optional for drizzling)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries completely.
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, covering it halfway.
- Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray.
- If using, melt white chocolate and drizzle over the dark chocolate coating.
- Refrigerate the tray for 30 minutes to let the chocolate set.
Notes
- Use fresh, firm strawberries for best results.
- Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
