Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head green cabbage, cut into wedges
  • 56 medium potatoes, quartered
  • 45 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the corned beef in the crock pot.
  2. Add potatoes, carrots, and cabbage on top of the beef.
  3. Pour beef broth over the ingredients.
  4. Add mustard seeds, peppercorns, bay leaves, and salt.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  6. Remove the beef and let it rest before slicing.
  7. Serve with vegetables.
