  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup corn
  • Barbecue sauce for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken breasts with the mixture.
  4. Place chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Add zucchini, bell pepper, and corn to the grill.
  6. Cook vegetables for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  7. Brush chicken with barbecue sauce during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
  8. Remove everything from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
