A simple surf and turf recipe that combines steak and shrimp for a delicious meal.

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter.
- Add garlic and shrimp. Cook until shrimp are pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the shrimp over the steaks and garnish with parsley.
