- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each lobster tail in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Carefully place the lobster tails in the hot oil.
- Fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
