A traditional Irish soda bread recipe that is gluten-free.
Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine buttermilk and honey.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Form the dough into a round shape and place it on a baking sheet.
- Cut a cross on the top of the dough.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
