Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine buttermilk and honey.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Form the dough into a round shape and place it on a baking sheet.
  6. Cut a cross on the top of the dough.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool before slicing.
