Instructions
- Wash all the vegetables thoroughly.
- In a blender, combine spinach, avocado, green peas, cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and salt.
- Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve chilled.
- You can garnish with extra cucumber slices.
