Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down.
- Grill for about 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Serve with remaining butter mixture.
