- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup uncooked pasta
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, uncooked pasta, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

- For added flavor, use seasoned beef broth.
- You can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
