- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, add beef mixture and cheese.
- Fold tortilla in half and cook until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side until cheese melts.
- Remove from skillet and cut into wedges.
