Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Grate the potatoes and rinse them in cold water.
- Drain and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
- In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove when golden brown and crispy.

- For extra crispiness, do not overcrowd the basket.
