A healthy banana bread that is moist and delicious.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add melted coconut oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bananas. Mix well.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
- Add the whole wheat flour and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.

- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- You can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
