- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise.
- Gently pull the lobster meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque.
- Serve hot with extra lemon and butter.
Notes
- Do not overcook the lobster.
- Fresh lobster tails are best for this recipe.
- You can grill the lobster tails instead of baking them.
