- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the salad greens.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and black olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
