A simple recipe to use leftover roast beef creatively.
Ingredients

- 2 cups leftover roast beef, shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add shredded roast beef and mixed vegetables to the pan.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot with bread or over rice.
