- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and salt to the melted butter.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster tails.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the lobster is opaque.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
