Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
- In a crockpot, combine the cooked macaroni, shredded cheese, milk, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well to mix all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once the cheese is melted and creamy, serve warm.
