Ingredients

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce and brown sugar, stir to combine.
- Cook for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
