A simple recipe for making soft naan bread at home.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, combine water, yogurt, sugar, and oil.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Roll each ball into a flat oval shape.
- Cook on a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until brown.

- Serve with curry or as a side dish.
