Ingredients

- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
- Add eggs, milk, vanilla, and orange blossom water. Mix well.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients. Pour into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool.
- Whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Layer the cake with strawberries and cream.
- Serve chilled.
