Ingredients

- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine black beans, salsa, and corn.
- Add shredded cheese and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the sour cream mixture over the bean mixture.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add jalapeños.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
- This dip can be made a day in advance.
