- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon thyme, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the beef roast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, and thyme, then rub onto the roast.
- Place the roast in a roasting pan and pour beef broth around it.
- Roast in the oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the desired doneness.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
