Delicious roast beef sliders perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound roast beef, sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup horseradish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the sauce mixture on the bottom buns.
  5. Layer the sliced roast beef on top of the sauce.
  6. Add shredded cheddar cheese over the roast beef.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  10. Serve warm.

  • Adjust the amount of horseradish to your taste.
