Delicious roast beef sliders perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 pound roast beef, sliced
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup horseradish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread the sauce mixture on the bottom buns.
- Layer the sliced roast beef on top of the sauce.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese over the roast beef.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use any leftover roast beef for this recipe.
- Adjust the amount of horseradish to your taste.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
