Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

- Remove steaks and let them rest.
- In the same pan, add red wine and rosemary, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add butter and stir until melted.
- Blanch asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes.
- Toss asparagus with lemon juice.
- Serve steaks with wine sauce and asparagus on the side.
