Ingredients

- 1 pound salmon fillet, diced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- Dice the salmon fillet into small pieces.
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the diced salmon and parsley to the bowl.
- Mix in the beaten egg until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the salmon bites until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.

- Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
- You can bake instead of frying for a healthier option.
