Instructions

  1. Dice the salmon fillet into small pieces.

  3. Add the diced salmon and parsley to the bowl.

  5. Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the salmon bites until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  8. Remove and drain on paper towels.
