Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute or until cooked through.
- Let it cool for a minute before enjoying.
