Ingredients

- 500g bread flour
- 350ml water
- 100g sourdough starter
- 10g salt
Instructions
- Mix the flour and water in a bowl. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Add the sourdough starter and salt. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 4-6 hours.
- Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket.
- Let it proof for 2-3 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
- Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes.

- Use a kitchen scale for accurate measurements.
- Adjust the water based on the flour type.
- Let the bread cool before slicing.
