  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Add flour and whisk until smooth.
  5. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
  7. Mix in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted.
  8. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  9. Combine cheese sauce with macaroni and mix well.
  10. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
