A creamy and cheesy southern mac and cheese made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large bowl, mix together cheese, milk, sour cream, butter, pepper, salt, and paprika.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted and creamy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy texture.
- Adjust the cheese type for different flavors.
