- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix cheese, milk, sour cream, eggs, melted butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add cooked macaroni to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
