Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  5. Slowly add milk, whisking continuously until smooth.
  6. Add cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
  7. Mix in shredded cheese until melted.
  8. Combine cheese sauce with macaroni in a large bowl.
  9. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
