Ingredients

- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of shortcake biscuits, crumbled
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sliced strawberries and sugar. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix whipped cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Layer crumbled biscuits at the bottom of serving dishes.
- Add a layer of strawberries followed by a layer of whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers until the dishes are full.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
