Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash asparagus and trim the ends.
- In a bowl, combine asparagus, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
