- 1 cup rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup cucumber, julienned
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
Instructions
- Soak the rice paper wrappers in warm water for about 10 seconds until soft.
- Place a wrapper on a clean surface.
- Layer shrimp, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, mint, and cilantro on the wrapper.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling.
- Roll the wrapper tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Serve with hoisin sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Make sure the water is warm but not hot.
- Use fresh vegetables for best flavor.
