Delicious appetizers for St. Patrick’s Day celebration.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup of diced onions
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of puff pastry
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef, onions, and potatoes until tender.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each square.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with a side of dipping sauce.
- Can be made ahead and frozen.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
