Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Green food coloring

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
- Add green food coloring until desired shade is reached.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool and decorate with sprinkles if desired.

- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Use different colors of food coloring for variety.
- Adjust baking time for softer or crunchier cookies.
