Ingredients

  • Green food coloring
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light.
  3. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Add green food coloring until desired color is achieved.
  7. Roll dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let cool before icing.
  10. Mix powdered sugar and milk to make icing, drizzle over cookies.
