Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  4. Add egg and buttermilk to the butter mixture.
  5. Combine both mixtures and stir in raisins.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool before slicing.
