- 2 cups strawberries, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by washing and dicing them.
- Finely chop the red onion and cilantro.
- Seed and mince the jalapeno.
- In a bowl, combine the strawberries, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeno.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled chicken.
- Adjust the heat by adding more or less jalapeno.
