Ingredients

- 1 package of tortilla chips
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- 1 can of black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup of salsa
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the chips.
- Add black beans and salsa on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with diced avocado, sour cream, and green onions.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add jalapeños for extra heat.
- Use your favorite cheese blend.
- Can be made vegetarian by omitting any meat toppings.
