Instructions
- Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
- In a pan, cook the chicken breast until fully cooked.
- Add the frozen stir-fry vegetables to the pan and cook until heated through.
- Stir in the sesame soy dressing and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Heat the coconut milk in a separate pan and serve it as a sauce.
- Warm the naan in the oven.
- Serve the stir-fry over rice with coconut milk and naan on the side.
