Ingredients
- Potatoes – 1 kg
- Cabbage – 500 g
- Beef – 1 kg
- Onions – 2
- Carrots – 3
- Butter – 100 g
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes.
- Slice the onions and carrots.
- In a pot, add beef and cover with water.
- Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
- Add potatoes, carrots, and onions to the pot.
- Cook for another 30 minutes.
- Stir in chopped cabbage and butter.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
