Ingredients

- 2 cups of potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup of cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup of onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Add the chopped cabbage and onion to the pot.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until cabbage is soft.
- Drain the water and return the mixture to the pot.
- Add butter, salt, and pepper, and mash together.
- Serve warm.
