Ingredients

  • 1 lb corned beef, cooked and sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Drain and mash with butter.
  3. In a separate pot, sauté onion until translucent.
  4. Add cabbage and vegetable broth, cooking until cabbage is tender.
  5. Mix mashed potatoes with cabbage and onion.
  6. Serve topped with sliced corned beef.
